1 kg fresh cooked tiger prawns
½ cup hazelnuts
2 medium zucchini
1 medium bulb fennel
1 avocado
1 cup picked basil leaves
1 cup picked flat parsley leaves
1 cup picked mint leaves
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
